Ots Labs

Submit a Case Study

If you are happy to share a little about yourself and the manner in which you are using your favourite Ots product, Ots Labs is keen to hear from you and may consider publication of your submission in some form on the Ots Labs websites!

Some currently featured case studies can be found displayed at the OtsAV Case Studies page. Starting with our re-designed websites (September 2009), we are also featuring a selection of case studies on the right-hand-side of many pages.

While we can't guarantee publication of any specific submission, we'd love to hear from you and all submissions make a difference to our team.

Simply fill out the form below to have your comments delivered directly to Ots Labs Case Study Submissions. Please note that we will not publish your email address (except by special arrangement/agreement), nor will we share your email address with third parties. You can choose the level of information you are comfortable having published based on how you fill out the form below.

Case study submissions containing full disclosure (eg. not concealing information such as your true identity) and which feature plenty of information and perhaps something a little different are more likely to be published. This does not mean they have to be long! It also does not mean you have to be using Ots as a rocket scientist or to perform heart surgery! We encourage all submissions, so don't be put off or assume you don't have something to share which others may be interested in.

You are NOT expected to write a polished, ready-for-publishing case study, eg. in the form of the examples on our websites. Simply provide us with enough information so that we can produce a finished article, written in the regular Ots Labs style quoting from the text you have provided. We'll contact you for more information or clarification if necessary, and most likely will have to contact you anyway to obtain photos.

Speaking of photos, these are an essential part of all Ots Labs case studies. You must have or be able to obtain at least one -- preferrably more -- reasonable quality photos to accompany your submission. They don't have to be professionally taken, but it's great if they are. When chosing subject matter for photos, try and think about what would be interesting to prospective readers. You probably want to include Ots in (at least some of) your photos ;)
